Starting with a small set of tiny homes, we began converting neighborhoods into communities that shared resources, combining our knowledge of multifamilies, rezoning and entitlement experience, we have been shifting what coliving can achieve for investors and tenants.
Our team of architects and designers have created communities with founders, artists, and experiences that inspire us all to get to know each other more.
